Memorial's STAR Program is an individualized outpatient rehabilitation program for those oncology patients who experience ongoing symptoms related to their cancer or treatment. The program includes: physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, navigation and nutrition. These therapies will be tailored to treat your individual needs. This program is by provider referral only, so please speak to your provider if you feel you are a candidate, and they can arrange an appointment.
