Kid Fit is a program designed to help kids develop coordination, agility and fitness. It also provides strength-training basics. Our goal is for children to be active and enjoy working out.
Kid Fit is for kids (13 and younger) who want to increase their activity and overall health; young athletes interested in learning proper mechanics of various sports activities

- All sessions are structured for each individual
- Each session length is approximately one hour
- $350 for 20 sessions
