Healthy Lifestyle includes exercise instruction, flexibility, strengthening and healthy lifestyle changes. Clients' personal goals are addressed, or we can help you identify improvement opportunities and develop realistic goals.

This program is for clients who want to make a lifestyle change including: weight loss, lowering blood pressure, becoming active, training for a first-time event, or are in need of some guidance and support.

$250 for 10 sessions; $350 for 20 sessions (Memorial colleagues receive 50 percent discount.)
