65+ Fitness: Stability and Balance

If you’re 65 or older, Memorial’s SportsCare can help you maintain your active lifestyle. Our 10-week training program consists of exercise instruction, flexibility and strengthening. It’s all designed to improve your lifestyle and maintain your independence. Weekly class is held Mondays and Wednesdays, 10 – 11am at SportsCare.

  • Twice-weekly group sessions
  • Personalized assessment
  • Sessions start at 30 minutes and progress to 60 minutes
  • Education sessions on maintaining your independence
