Sports Enhancement

Sports Enhancement is for any client who is serious about his or her sport. It is a program designed to increase athletes' strength, power, speed, explosion and endurance. You will work on sport-specific skills to reach your individual goals. The total number of sessions includes pre- and post-test days. Post-test day includes a meeting to discuss the results of the program.

  • Sessions can be scheduled two to three days per week
  • 45 minutes - 1.5┬áhours per session
  • Flexible program schedule
