The Performance Enhancement program is for junior high and high school athletes who are serious about their sport. The program increases student athletes' strength, power, speed, explosion and endurance. The total number of sessions includes pre- and post-test days in addition to three workout days a week. Post-test day includes a meeting to discuss the results of the program.
