Patient Satisfaction

At Memorial Inpatient Rehab, we are constantly striving to improve the quality of services we provide to all of our patients. We use the Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation (UDSMR) and MedTel Outcomes to help us benchmark against other rehabilitation facilities.

According to MedTel Outcomes, our tool to gather follow-up information about our former patients, three months after discharge, Memorial Inpatient Rehab (MIR) scored the following: (See chart below.)
