Emily Bailey, RD, LDN

Emily has been with Memorial since 2007 and now serves as the director of Food and Nutrition Services. She earned her bachelor of science degree from Illinois State University and completed her dietetic internship at Indiana University School of Medicine.


Amy Melton, MS, RD, LDN

Amy Melton, MS, RD, LDN

Amy has been with Memorial since 2012 and now serves as the lead clinical dietitian. She earned her bachelor of science degree from Western Illinois University and received her master of science degree from Illinois State University where she also completed her dietetic internship. Areas of expertise include general surgery, intermediate care and feeding tube insertion.


Elizabeth Beets, MS, RD, LDN

Elizabeth Beets, MS, RD, LDN

Elizabeth joined Memorial in 2013. She has a bachelor of science degree from Illinois State University and earned her master of science degree from Eastern Illinois University where she also completed her dietetic internship. Areas of expertise include oncology, renal disease, kidney transplantation, general surgery and feeding tube placement.

Sarah Genin, RD, LDN

Sarah joined Memorial in 2015. She has a bachelor of science degree from Illinois State University and completed her dietetic internship through Iowa State University. Areas of expertise include general medicine and general surgery.


Moriah Gramm, RD, LDN

Moriah Gramm, RD, LDN

Moriah joined Memorial in 2017. She earned her Master of Science degree at Illinois State University where she also completed her dietetic internship. Moriah works with our general medical, orthopedic, and cardiovascular populations.


Jacquie Gregoire, MS, RD, LDN

Jacquie has been with Memorial since 2014. She earned her bachelor of science degree from Illinois State University and completed her master of science degree and dietetic internship at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Areas of expertise include general surgery, cardiology, eating disorders and feeding tube placement.


Marsha Krall, RD, LDN

Marsha Krall, RD, LDN

Marsha has been a Memorial Medical Center employee since 1998. She earned her bachelor of science degree from Michigan State University and completed her dietetic internship at the Detroit Department of Public Health. In addition to her background in public health nutrition, her clinical areas of practice have included nephrology, organ transplant and cardiology.

Carly Ruscello, RD, LDN

Carly has been with Memorial since 2016. She earned her bachelor of science degree from Indiana University and earned her master of science degree from Illinois State University. Areas of expertise include neurology, rehabilitation, maternity, pediatrics, cardiology, and feeding tube insertion.
