ExpressCare

No Appointment Necessary. 217-588-2600.

ExpressCare provides fast and affordable healthcare seven days a week with hassle-free walk-in appointments.

It is the perfect alternative when your primary care provider is not available or your case doesn't call for a trip to the Emergency Department. Should you choose Primary Care, ExpressCare or Emergency?

Our modern facilities offer outpatient radiology and laboratory services. Patients benefit from on-site physicians, short wait times and evening hours. ExpressCare teams are proven experts in all the little things that can go wrong, such as sprains and strains, minor cuts, cold and flu symptoms, sinus infections, and earaches.

Patients suffering from life-threatening conditions should call 911 or immediately go to the Memorial Medical Center Emergency Department, at corner of Dodge and Rutledge Streets in Springfield, Illinois.

ExpressCare Wait Times

Thank you for choosing Memorial ExpressCare. As a convenience to you, we provide approximate wait times to help you choose the best ExpressCare location for you.

Wait times tell you:

  • Number of Patients
    • This number shows how many patients are currently registered to be seen at each of the three ExpressCare locations.
  • Number of Minutes
    • This time shows how long the patient who registered last has been waiting and is still waiting to be seen. This time is updated every five minutes during regular business hours and does not necessarily reflect your expected wait time.

This information can help you choose which location to visit. Please know wait times may be longer or shorter once you arrive at ExpressCare.
