Call 911 immediately if you or someone you are with has:

  • Inability to breathe
  • Symptoms of a stroke
  • Severe bleeding
  • Severe head, back or neck injury

These are serious medical emergencies that require immediate care. When you call 911, the EMTs and paramedics can begin evaluation, and in some cases treatment, as soon as they arrive.
