Flexible scheduling

Our nurses benefit from flexible scheduling options. They can serve on shifts for eight, 10 or 12 hours. Nurses in several patient care areas participate in self-scheduling. Some nurses prefer per diem positions that carry premium salary rates without benefits.

Support for New Graduate Nurses

Our support for new graduate nurses includes a 12-month nurse residency program as well as a nurse mentor and a transition facilitator to help you succeed. We offer one-on-one counseling to new graduates to help them prepare for the NCLEX. We also provide financial support for the NCLEX and licensure.

Our nurses provide exceptional patient care that is the result of a continual pursuit of professional excellence. If you're searching for a great career, look no further.
