To provide the highest quality service, we require that you turn in all catering requests one week in advance of the scheduled event. For sit down dinners or special events, we require a minimum of a two weeks notice. Late catering requests will be considered as our schedule permits, but will be subject to a late fee.
Menus are provided below. Some items may require special ordering or special preparation and may not be readily available. If you need assistance in planning your menu, contact the catering manager at 217-788-3479.
