Memorial Medial Center allows service animals and is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines for service animals. Copies of our policy are available on request.

Sensory Assistance Program
Memorial's sensory assistance program helps patients who have visual, hearing or speech impairments.
If patients or family members need help with communication, we offer communication boards, "pocket talkers" amplifiers, magnifying glasses and amplifier telephones.
Tell your nurse or patient/customer service representative if you, or someone around you, needs any of these tools to help you communicate.
Deaf-Talk, an interactive video conferencing system, gives patients and families at Memorial access to sign-language interpreters and Spanish language translators. You can access Deaf-Talk 24 hours a day.
Memorial also has a 24-hour audio conferencing system with translation services to more than a hundred languages.
