Nurse Residency Program

The Vizient/AANC Nurse Residency Program (NRP) is a 12-month program designed to support the transition of all new graduate nurses from novice nurse to competent nursing professional. This program is developed from evidence-based curriculum customized to reflect the values and mission of Memorial Medical Center.
