Proceeds the 75 Grand Raffle will provide financial assistance to patients through five Foundation funds:

• Breast Cancer Patient Assistance Fund
• Cancer Patient Assistance Fund
• Sexual Assault Survivor Fund
• Sharing Wishes Fund
• Transplant Patient Assistance Fund

Important information to know

• Ticket purchasers must have a valid email address, be at least 18 years old at time of purchase and be an Illinois resident physically residing in the state of Illinois.
• Prize categories are adjusted pro rata based on a formula determined by MMC Foundation if all 2,000 tickets are not sold.
• The drawing will be live on the Memorial Medical Center Foundation Facebook page at noon on Friday, March 13, 2020. Need not be present to win.
• Each winning entrant is subject to federal and state tax withholding.
