Gingerbread Structures

The Gingerbread Village features a grand display of handmade and entirely edible gingerbread structures. All of the gingerbread entries can be bid on through silent auction during the Festival. Read the Gingerbread Village Guidelines for more information.

Children and adults are invited to create their own entry for the Gingerbread Village. Gingerbread Village designers will receive four Festival of Trees general admission tickets for each entry. Designers will be listed in the Festival of Trees program and the special insert in The State Journal-Register. Each gingerbread structure will be provided identification signage.

Super Set-Up

Super Set-Up will be held at the Orr Building on the Illinois State Fairgrounds, Sunday, Nov. 6, from noon to 4 p.m. All entries must be completed and delivered during this time.
