Healthcare Charges

Memorial Medical Center believes you should have access to the information you need to make informed healthcare decisions.

Review a list of average charges for Memorial's most common inpatient diagnoses, outpatient procedures and tests.

The procedures and tests listed in the above PDF file are among Memorial Medical Center's most common inpatient diagnoses, outpatient procedures and tests. The information is based on Inpatient and Outpatient average charges. Fluctuations from the average charge may occur due to variables within the patient's treatment (i.e., lab work, surgery time, supplies, days in the hospital, etc.)

The average charges do not include physician fees (i.e., surgeon, radiologist, anesthesiologist, pathologist, emergency department physician, etc). For radiology and anesthesia physician fees, Clinical Radiologists may be contacted at 217-789-7743 or 800-255-8388 and Anesthesia Business Consultants (ABC) may be contacted at 800-242-1131 ext 5173.

Additional tests, services or pharmaceuticals may be ordered by your physician in order to complete your course of care. This information should not be used to determine the patient's final total bill on a given outpatient visit or hospital stay. It is to provide only an estimate.

This information does not take into account your individual health insurance. The amount that you are required to pay may vary based on your individual health insurance plan. Memorial Medical Center recommends that you contact your health insurance provider to verify the details of your individual plan.
