BLS (CPR) for Healthcare Providers
Target Audience: Nurses, nursing students, police officers, day care providers, lifeguards, teachers, and those who need adult, child and infant CPR and AED training.
BLS (CPR) for Healthcare Providers teaches rescuers how to recognize and treat life-threatening emergencies, including cardiac arrest and choking for adult, child and infant victims. Students also learn to recognize the warning signs of heart attack and stroke in adults and breathing difficulties in children. Choking maneuvers are covered for adults and infants. Use of an AED (automated external defibrillator) will also be covered for adults and children.
This course is for those who have never had CPR training before or those who need to renew their BLS (CPR) card.
