Memorial Heart and Vascular Services' Phase III Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation helps you to achieve and maintain an optimum level of conditioning.
Your Phase III sessions may be similar to the Phase II Rehabilitation sessions you're familiar with or may be modified to meet your needs and improved your exercise program. Our facility is located in at the Kerasotes YMCA, 4550 W. Iles Ave. in Springfield.
A registered nurse from Memorial Medical Center's Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department supervises sessions every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and is available to assist you with blood pressure checks, oxygen evaluation and exercise recommendations.
Exercise levels will be evaluated by your blood pressure and pulse response. Your physician will receive progress reports on your exercise tolerance and risk factor modification.

Kerasotes YMCA's Membership Program
Phase III participants may join the Kerasotes YMCA for a reduced rate under the medical specialty program. Reduced rates apply to family members, too. There are no joining fees or long-term contracts.
