Before You Leave Memorial
Our commitment to patient education continues throughout your stay. Your nurse will conduct one-on-one instruction and is always available to answer any questions you may have.
During and after your stay here, Memorial's certified Lactation Educators are available for consultation and instruction.
Returning home with a new baby is exciting and intimidating. To help you make a safe and healthy transition, a Maternal Child Home Health Care program is available through Memorial Home Services,
an affiliate of Memorial Health System.
Staff members of the Maternal Child Program are registered nurses with obstetric and newborn experience. Please contact Memorial Home Services for more information about the Maternal Child Home Health program. To qualify for the program you must meet the eligibility guidelines for home health care.
