Visit access.mhsil.com. Your network ID and password are the same as when you log in at Memorial. If you have never logged into Citrix on the computer you are using, you may need to download a file before you can access Citrix. The Citrix login page will indicate if your computer needs the file.
Logging into Citrix provides access to MemorialNet.
Employee Self Service (ESS)
Visit webvpn.mhsil.com. Your network ID and password are the same as when you log in at Memorial. This ESS link will not work if you are logged in to the MHS network; visit your Intranet for the ESS link if you are at work. If you have never logged in to ESS before, your first login must occur while you are at work.
If you have never logged in to the ESS portal on the computer you are using, you may need to download an ActiveX or VPN Relay file before you can log in. The page will indicate if your computer needs these files.
Visit www.healthstream.com/hlc/mhsil to log into KnowledgeNet. Please use the Google Chrome web browser if you wish to use KnowledgeNet from a home or personal computer.
