Partners In Health
The mission of the Memorial Medical Center Foundation is to support health-related services that benefit people. Accomplishing this mission is possible only through the interest and generosity of others. We gratefully recognize those who support the Foundation's efforts. All gifts, whether annual, planned, or gifts of remembrance, help us provide the critical resources needed to meet the current and future health care needs of central Illinois residents.
Partners in Health are caring donors who are recognized for their cumulative giving of $1,000 or more to the Memorial Medical Center Foundation. These individuals are friends interested in the important work of Memorial Health System and its affiliates. They contribute their time, talent and financial resources to assist Memorial in improving health, well being and quality of life. Gift income is even more important today because it provides the resources that enable the Foundation to make grants in support of health care.
Cumulative donations of $1,000 receive permanent recognition on the Foundation's Partners in Health wall located in the main lobby of Memorial Medical Center immediately outside of the Foundation office.
Please note: Contributions to special events, such as Memorial's Festival of Trees, are recognized through our exclusive special event media.
Recognition is based on the following levels:
Philanthropist - $500,000 and above
Benefactor - $100,000 to $499,999
One who provides assistance or confers a benefit.
Benefactors are Partners in Health whose generous gifts confer a special benefit to all who give and receive care at Memorial. The vision of our Benefactors is to perpetuate Memorial's continued growth as a regional medical center into the twenty-first century and beyond.
Patron - $50,000 to $99,999
Patrons are Partners in Health whose financial support reflects their foresight. The generosity of our patrons demonstrates an unwavering commitment to help Memorial maintain, restore and improve the health of the people and communities we serve.
Fellow - $25,000 to $49,999
Fellows are Partners in Health whose companionship is reflected in their generosity. Gifts at this level enable Memorial to be a regional leader in health care by providing technologically superior and caring health services.
Sponsor - $10,000 - $24,999
Sponsors are Partners in Health whose gifts reflect a very special concern for the people of Springfield and central Illinois. A commitment to the quality of life is uppermost in their minds. Sponsors look to Memorial's future, while their gifts help others lead healthy and productive lives today.
Founder - $1,000 - $9,999
One who establishes.
Founders are a select group of Partners in Health whose gifts provide significant resources to assist the Foundation in sustaining and strengthening Memorial Medical Center.
