School Days is a special preview of the Festival for elementary school, preschool and child care groups, held the week before the Festival opens to the public. This year's School Days will be held November 13-15.
During School Days, each child will receive one complimentary ride on the train, create a special School Days craft and enjoy a snack with Santa. Please note that other areas of the Festival will not be open during this time.
The School Days admission fee is $4.00 per child. Additional children, including siblings, who wish to participate in School Days activities will also be charged $4.00. Teachers and bus drivers receive free admission. Parents and other adults accompanying the group will be charged a $2.00 admission fee. Gingerbread cookies will be available for purchase during School Days for $2.50 each.
Reservations are required due to limited seating on the train and in the snack area. If you find after registering that your group is unable to attend, please contact the Festival of Trees office to cancel your reservation as soon as possible. Please understand that space is very limited and other school groups may be waiting for an opening.
Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time to avoid delays. Buses should stop at the West entrance of the Orr Building to unload.
Payment is due at check-in. Cash, check and credit cards are accepted. Make checks payable to Festival of Trees. Refunds will be available for individuals who prepay but are unable to attend.
