The Memorial Medical Center Foundation secures charitable gifts, identifies needs, and provides funding through grants that support patient care, education and research at Memorial Medical Center and Memorial Health System. We are a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation organized, chartered and incorporated in 1981 under the laws of the State of Illinois. Contributions to the Foundation are tax deductible as provided by Internal Revenue Code, section 170. Contributions should be made payable to Memorial Medical Center Foundation and are tax-deductible to the fullest extent provided by law.
